HRV Flow

For coaches & therapists

When “I don’t know”
is the most honest thing in the room.

HRV Flow is a reflection tool for HRV, everyday life and breathing exercises. It brings together your client’s self-reported experience, two resting measurements and a guided breathing exercise in a process you can reflect on together — without diagnosis or claims about effectiveness.

What a session looks like

1

Record a starting point

Take a resting measurement with the Polar H10 alongside your client’s self-reported experience.

2

Guide the exercise

A guided breathing exercise with a pacer and live pulse, right in the session.

3

Measure again under similar conditions

Take a second resting measurement, ideally in the same position and environment as at the start.

4

Reflect together

Once both measurements are complete, look at readings, how your client feels and the measurement conditions together. This does not replace your professional judgment.

What your clients need

An iPhone, a Polar H10 and HRV Flow from the App Store. An Apple Watch is optional and works as a companion on the wrist. The app is a one-time purchase with no subscription.

Where things stand

We are currently developing the practical use of HRV Flow together with our first coaches. The client app is a one-time purchase with no subscription. We are exploring what additional value for coaches would be useful through these conversations. A dashboard, a set B2B price and a licensing model have not been decided.
